FlexScan® FS300 Quad OTDR
AFL’s FlexScan FS300 Quad OTDR is an all-in-one solution for detecting, identifying, locating and resolving single-mode and multimode optical network issues. It is designed for both novice and expert technicians working in a range of environments from data centers to fiber-to-the-home, as well as local and wide area networks. The FlexScan FS300 automates test setup, shortens test time and simplifies results interpretation, improving efficiency and reducing costs.
Single/Multimode Loss Test Kits
SMLP5-5 is a versatile loss test kit with data storage designed to measure insertion loss on both singlemode and multimode fiber networks. Each SMLP5-5 Kit includes an OLS4 quad Optical Light Source equipped with industry-standard 2 kHz test tone, and OPM5 Optical Power Meter to easily capture, store and transfer test results.
Also available as Single-mode (SLP5-6D) and Multimode (MLP5-2) only versions
FOCIS
The FOCIS range of ultra-compact Fiber Optic Connector Inspection Scopes utilizing the latest liquid lens camera technology for fast auto-focus, centering and PASS/FAIL analysis. With the press of a single button, FOCIS scopes auto-focus, capture and center the end-face image, applies pass/fail rules and stores the image locally. Alternatively images can be sent to the FOCIS App (iOS and Android) which provides a comprehensive and user-friendly feature set as well as connectivity with aeRos® cloud-based Workflow and Test Management Solution.

OFI-400 Optical Fiber Identifier
The OFI-400 is a rugged, hand-held and easy-to-use fiber optic test instrument designed to detect and measure the core power levels of optical signals on singlemode optical fiber without disrupting traffic on that fiber. The OFI-400 is simply clamped onto a fiber and indicates the presence and direction of traffic, CW signals and 270, 330, 1000 and 2000 Hz test tones. It allows technical personnel to unambiguously identify a specific fiber and eliminates the risk of accidental disruption of revenue service.
